July 6, 2021: We were able to provide additional 40 solar lights to Help Nepal's initiation. These lights were distributed to the people in Helambu, Sindhupalchowk yesterday. We hope this would be of a little relief to the people in this area. The devastating floods and landslides that hit Sindhupalchowk caused widespread damage to homes, infrastructure, and livelihoods. Solar lighting was identified as an immediate need for affected households, many of whom had lost access to electricity. BIA Foundation collaborated with Help Nepal to ensure timely and equitable distribution of the solar lights to the most affected families. We remain committed to supporting the recovery and rebuilding of communities in Nepal's most vulnerable areas. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all donors and volunteers who made this relief mission possible. Your generosity continues to light up lives in the most literal sense.
